2. Requesting a Return

4. Non-Returnable Items

7. Store Credit
For items purchased at full price, we offer the option of store credit. To request store credit, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original condition with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and unstained. You will be responsible for the cost of return postage.
8. Faulty Goods
We accept returns and refunds for faulty goods. If you receive a faulty item, please send an email to our customer care team at email@example.com. Include detailed photos that clearly show the fault. Returns for faulty items must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.
